1) How can I return an item? What is your return Policy? |

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return one or
more products respecting the following conditions:
- the online Return Form must be correctly filled out and sent to Platinum Diamond.com
within 30 days from the date you received the parcel so you can get a Return Number;

use our carrier, UPS, to ship (at no additional charge) the items you wish to return.

be sure that the products are in the same condition that you received them in and
that the Platinum Diamond.com identification tag and disposable seal are attached;

products must be sent to Platinum Diamond.com in just one parcel. Platinum Diamond.com
reserves the right to refuse garments from the same order if they are sent back
at different times.
If you adhere to these conditions, Platinum Diamond.com will issue you a refund
for the full price of the item purchased, less shipping costs and restocking fee
of $ 5.00 for each returned item. If you do not comply with the conditions requested
above, Platinum Diamond.com will be unable to issue you a refund and you will incur
additional shipping costs should the items need to be re-shipped to you in such
an event.
You may return any product you buy except Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any
items from the Sample Sale area. Sales of Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and all
items from the Sample Sale area are FINAL.
In addition, please note that Platinum Diamond.com may, from time to time, designate
on the website other non-returnable merchandise. Any such designation will be noted
on the product page of the merchandise which is non-returnable.

2) Can I exchange one item for another? |
|
|
No. If you don't like the color or the model that you purchased, or the size is
wrong, then send it back for a refund. You will not be able to exchange one item
for another. |

3) How much do I pay for the return delivery? |
|
|
Return delivery is free. Platinum Diamond.com charges a $ 5.00 restocking fee on
each returned item. Order delivery charges cannot be refunded.

4) How do I ship my return item? |
|
|
Use the pre-printed sticky label included with your order package:
- Fill in your first and last names and your address
- Fill in the REF # field with the Platinum Diamond.com return number you received
online
- Stick the label with the bar code on the package and keep the lower strip
as your receipt.
- Bring the package to the nearest UPS drop-off location, or give it to a UPS driver.

5) Where do I ship my return items?

6) What is the identification tag and disposable seal? |
|
|
All products sold by Platinum Diamond.com come with an identification tag attached
with a disposable seal.
When you try on the pieces you have ordered, please do so without removing this
seal or the tag, as we do NOT accept returned items without them. |

7) When will I get my refund? |
|
|
After Platinum Diamond.com receives, processes and confirms that your return item
meets the Return Policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that
your refund has been processed.
Refund time depends on the payment method used:
Credit/debit card: time needed for reimbursement depends on the institute that issued
the credit/debit card, but normally it occurs within two statements. Be aware that
that the credit date of the refund will be the same as the debit date so you will
not suffer any bank interest loss;
PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.
The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account
depends on the institute that issued the credit/debit card, but normally it occurs
within two statements.
Regardless of the payment method, the refund process is started no later than 30
working days from when Platinum Diamond.com is informed that you are exercising
your right to return the product, which is to say when the online refund form is
received. Remember that we do not refund delivery costs, only the amount paid for
the item you have decided to return.

8) Can I return an item from a different country than where I received it? |
|
|
No. You can only return ordered items from the country where you received them.
|

9) What if I lose the sticky label? |
|
|
If you lose the pre-printed sticky label, contact us and we will send you another
one.

10) What do I do if I receive something that is damaged or incorrect ?
|
|

At Platinum Diamond.com , we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine
designer fashions, accessories and housewares. We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars,
or special-ordered lower quality products. At Platinum Diamond.com , we offer only
the best brand names and the highest quality goods. To that end, we employ several
quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will
be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit
(if necessary). |
